In honor of the oh so awesome and much anticipated SURF BREAK....
I MADE BIKINI TOPS! owyeah^^
the bikini took me approximately 2 hours to make.
it is knitted in light yellow yarn which was imported, a gift from my auntie and grandma (thank you tita and inang)
it has a shell like appearance with little cracks to show off some FLESH. lol.
Here is a close up. ^^
please excuse the strand of hair. lol
i added a button instead of sewing it together because i don't have a needle for yarn this big. lol
as you can see here, the triangular piece was knitted and the straps were crocheted. this is a simple chain crochet. the knit however is stockinette.
Very Very interesting. lol. its kinda difficult but i had fun doing it.
